ITEMS FOR IMMEDIATE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Sep 3 – 5 - Middle School Friends - Food, Fuel, Fun! Fallsington Meeting/Snipe's Farm. Sharing food with another person is one of the most basic blessings we can take part in. Not all food is created equal and you'd often be surprised where the food you eat comes from. Most importantly, the food we eat builds relationships not only with the people we eat it with, but the people who make it. At this gathering we will spend time on a historic Quaker farm, riding solar powered tractors, learning about how our food gets to our table, offering a bit of service in the gardens, cooking and eating food together, and taking a look at the role that food plays in Quakerism, Christianity, and other faiths. Contact: Stephen Dotson, Middle School Coordinator, at 215-241-7171; stephend@pym.org.
