Senior Services 

In April 2023, Surrey Services presented information about the many services they provide to senior citizens in the local area. A video of the presentation is available to registered members of the website under Care of Members under the Registereed Users tab. Surrey Services also provided helpful print information. They can provide transportation, RN care management, personal care, house cleaners, social companions, personal financial management, and live-in care. 

The Penn Memory Center provides multiple services, whether someone is a current or prior patient. Time Together is a community-based program in which Philadelphia college students provide high quality, low-cost respite care to families supporting an older adult, including those with physical or cognitive impairments.  The Empowering Caregivers Workshop Series provides caregivers with access to area experts who will present on a variety of intensive topics from in-home activities to end-of-life care.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness provided information at April 2023 presentation about other agencies and organizations that provide help to Seniors and their caregivers.
